Market Slow but Attitude Positive

For those Realtors who are sitting back waiting for business to pick up again, a word of advice! Business is not going to come to you - you have to go after it! I was shocked at the amount of homes expiring on the market - What a great prospecting tool!
Spend some time looking at the old expireds and pick up the phone or go knock on their doors - you'll be surprised at how much business you can get by getting out of your office and smiling!

Sure, it is frustrating to keep knocking and keep asking but once the harvest starts coming, you'll be jumping for joy!
So instead of waiting for the business to land in your hands, get out there and prospect! So many expireds, so little time!
